KNG Health needs an attentive, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to handle a wide range of administrative, human resource, client support, and project management tasks to support our continued growth. We need a problem solver who can manage their time and work independently, has good communications and interpersonal skills, has excellent organizational skills, and is flexible and can juggle changing priorities and timelines. This is a full-time position with benefits in an office environment with a friendly, collegial culture. The minimum requirements are: Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years’ experience with professional administrative work. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.
Areas of work and specific duties will include:
Human Resources— Perform tasks related to recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, and managing performance appraisal system. Manage records and reporting tasks related to health and disability plans, 401(k) plan, etc.
Administrative/Recordkeeping—Update timekeeping system with new project codes and produce reports. Maintain membership database for a client. Maintain records related to invoicing and expenses. Make travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements.
Project Management Support—Perform tasks related to start-up and close-down of projects, including establishing timekeeping and copy codes, scheduling of meetings/calls, and maintaining project management templates and progress tracking materials.
Physical facility/infrastructure Management—Work with our IT network and internet vendors to handle service calls/interruptions. Report facility issues to building management. Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
Meeting Planning—Support a client in planning of 2 major meetings each year, including processing of registrations and payments.
Communications—Receive/process email and voice mail messages.
Marketing/Website Updates—Assist with the drafting, distribution and/or posting of marketing-related articles and materials.
