KNG Health has developed expertise in assessing quality measures and their applicability for measuring performance of specific types of providers. We have assisted providers in communicating with policy makers and stakeholders about the strengths and limitations of quality measures. For example, we have published peer-reviewed studies assessing the Medicare Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program and critically assessing the structure of the Hospital-Acquired Conditions Reduction Program.
